OUR STORY
At Ice & Lime, we don’t just hire mobile bars—we design and build them.
Based in Hampshire and serving London and the South East, our mission is to provide the professional event industry with high-impact, UK-engineered bar infrastructure that performs as perfectly as it looks.
Why We Started: Solving the “Rental Gap”
The story of Ice & Lime began in 2018. With a background deeply rooted in marquee delivery and high-end event logistics, our founders recognized a recurring problem: most rental bars were flimsy, “off-the-shelf” products that couldn’t handle the pressure of a fast-paced professional environment.
We decided to change that. Instead of buying standard equipment, we spent years developing our own bespoke modular system. We engineered the “bones” of the event—creating a product that combines architectural beauty with the industrial-grade functionality that professional bartenders and planners demand.

Based at Brockbridge Dairy in Liss, our central location on the Hampshire and West Sussex border allows our logistical team to provide rapid, reliable support across the South East.
From grand marquee weddings in Winchester and Southampton to high-spec corporate brand activations in Central London, we ensure that our UK-engineered infrastructure is delivered, installed, and ready for service every time.
We needed a rustic bar for a wedding under Canvas, we wanted it to be oval and to offer a background for the ceremony itself, Ice & Lime were reasonably priced and relatively local so we approached them and had excellent communication and service - Tristan delivered and assembled the bar with minimal disruption to the many contractors also working in the space - the bar was a hit with the bar staff and our guests and helped divide the dining area from the ceremony area/ dance floor later in the evening - an excellent and reliable supplier we were pleased to have discovered - Thanks Tristan

The bar was delivered to the site and removed with efficiency. Most importantly the bar looked fantastic for the event and suited the marquee perfectly. The bar was fitted around the central pole of the tent and was a real centrepiece. Thank you Tristan and Ice & Lime.
